Tre Jones

Tre Jones seems almost custom-built for Banana Ball. The Houston native played collegiate baseball for Texas A&M–Corpus Christi and the University of Houston before joining the Texas Tailgaters, bringing legitimate baseball talent to one of the newest teams in the Banana Ball universe. During his senior season at Houston, Jones hit .271 with 38 hits and 26 RBI while playing the outfield. But baseball is only half the story. Tre is also a guitarist, famously playing the national anthem on electric guitar before his final home game at the University of Houston. That blend of athlete, musician, and performer makes him exactly the kind of personality Banana Ball was built around.
